New Look and feel for my site

Initially I started my blogging with Blogspot and then moved to Wordpress. Then I have started my own site based on Drupal, 40 weeks before with Pixture Reloaded theme, and now I got changed to Kanji theme yesterday. After modifying few things in the theme now I am happy with the theme and freezed it from my side.
  
Please comment on my new look and feel and suggest me the improvements :)
